The Technical Support department has the endless task of servicing our extensive hardware equipment on campus. With regards to supporting students Tech Support is primarily limited to helping our students access our online curriculum.
Tech Support does provide some families with a 'loaner' computer that they will also support. But the department can not support students with technical problems with their home personal computer. Thank you for your understanding.
The best way to reach Tech Support is email: techsupport@odysseyk12.org. Email is the faster way to receive a response from Tech Support. Leaving a phone message to Tech Support will result in slower response time.
